Asylum Masquerade Ball
For Memorial Weekend Sunday May 30th 2004

The Asylum will be hosting a special evening of lavish music and atmosphere for a special "Masquerade Party". No costumes are required, but the creative and beautiful attire that people assemble for the night will be appreciated and loved by all! Bryan Hawk and The Rage will host a wonderfull revue of those who wish to be a star and flash their sexy, silky, scary, or provacative garments to all..

Holiday cover charge as usual...$4 for 21+ and $6 for 18-20...Drink Specials end at 11pm, so get in at 9 to enjoy them!

We hope to see a wonderfull crowd this year...last years was so enjoyable that it will be hard to beat!

For those with the least bit of interest, take my advice in attending. You wont be disappointed. Last year was great - this year will be better. And we will have our DJ's from Reno spinning for the first hour or so, a definite treat.

For those within the Sacramento, SanFran, Roseville/Rocklin, etc. areas (all within a decent radius of Placerville), give this event a thought:

Druidica ! Industrial * EBM * Darkwave

Epsilon Productions
An evening of Sound and Movement
April 16th, 2004
Featuring DJ Paulie Crowbar
At The Cozmic Cafe
Serving local Wines and Microbrews
Music Begins at 9:30pm
This free event benefits P.E.T.A.
Donations accepted at the door
Eastbound 50 to Placerville,
Right at 3rd stoplight (Bedford Ave.),
Left on Main Street,
594 Main St. at The Cozmic Cafe.

Paulie used to run a club called Velocity, of which was fairly popular. He's very talented, and The Cozmic Cafe is an extremely suitable place. And more so, if this event brings in a good turn out, there is a -high- possibility that it will become a weekly event, opening up another "goth" club to the scene (albeit further than our Asylum.)

An introduction.

Very good friends of mine located in the Reno area (although quite frequent in the Sacramento, CA area) DJ's Lynx and Iconoclast are extremely talented in their business. They play a wide variety of EBM, industrial, old-school goth, dark electronica, electroclash, future-pop and trance - and more. On the site listed above is a link for their online radio station, aired every Saturday night. Give them a listen - I'm certain many will not be disappointed.

Being unsure on whether promotional posts are allowed or not, no hard feelings will be had if this is deleted.

Are any of you familiar with Oroville? I'm trying to get to the Oroville Hospital on Olive Highway. Can I take Highway 70 and turn onto Oroville Dam Rd (162) and follow it to Olive Highway? Any better directions? I am comming from Beale AFB on 65 and I am familiar with Oroville but only with the main roads off of 70.
